1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of this website, provided by AYRO D H, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA (AYRO Solutions) ("AYRO"), registered in Barcelona, Spain. By accessing or interacting with our digital materials, requesting technical documentation, or submitting industrial inquiries, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Intellectual Property & Technology Disclosures
Rights in the material on this website depend on the relevant record and holder. This page does not establish exclusive company ownership of every NASO-SHIELD technology, CAD model, design asset or trademark.
The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) registered Spanish Utility Model / Patent Application ES-1328766 U (Application U202532076, filed October 22, 2025; publication July 28, 2026). The listed statutory holders are Joan Aymerich Bottini and Pol Rodríguez Dalmau. Completed assignment to AYRO D H, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA has not been evidenced. The Spanish filing does not establish EU-wide protection or product performance. Any permitted reuse of controlled material must be agreed with the relevant rights holder.
3. Regulatory Status & Intended Use
Product documentation describes an unfrozen prototype and development plans. Any geometric estimate or planning calculation is identified as such; it is not a laboratory result, independently validated performance claim or instruction for use.
Regulatory Notice:
AYRO is developing NASO-SHIELD toward a Category III PPE pathway under Regulation (EU) 2016/425. Formal conformity assessment, completed industrial pilots or product supply are not established by this website. No CE certification, EN 149 certification or FFP2/FFP3 equivalence is claimed. Any future prototype evaluation requires the applicable safety, study and regulatory gates.
4. Industrial Pilot Programs & Commercial Quotes
Submission of pilot requests via our digital portal does not constitute a binding commercial supply contract. Pilot engagements are subject to separate Bilateral Technical Evaluation and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) negotiated directly with corporate safety directors and health officers.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Website content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for informational purposes. While we strive to ensure technical accuracy, AYRO Solutions disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by Spanish law regarding third-party transmission latency or digital availability.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
